class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6d89\u53ca\u54c1\u7c7b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>SOR\/2022-138\u6cd5\u89c4\u4e3b\u8981\u805a\u7126\u4e8e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u51e0\u7c7b\u6d88\u8d39\u54c1\uff1a\u513f\u7ae5\u73a9\u5177\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u4ea7\u54c1\u3001\u5bb6\u7528\u7535\u5668\u3001\u7eba\u7ec7\u54c1\u53ca\u670d\u88c5\u3001\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u53ca\u4e2a\u4eba\u62a4\u7406\u4ea7\u54c1\u7b49\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u54c1\u7c7b\u5728\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u5360\u636e\u91cd\u8981\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u76f4\u63a5\u5173\u7cfb\u5230\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u4e0e\u5b89\u5168\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u65b0\u6cd5\u89c4\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e9b\u54c1\u7c7b\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6807\u51c6\u3001\u8d28\u91cf\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3001\u6807\u7b7e\u6807\u8bc6\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4e25\u683c\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5177\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u513f\u7ae5\u73a9\u5177\u9700\u7b26\u5408\u66f4\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u6750\u6599\u5b89\u5168\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u7981\u6b62\u4f7f\u7528\u6709\u5bb3\u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8d28;\u7535\u5b50\u4ea7\u54c1\u9700\u901a\u8fc7\u80fd\u6548\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u8282\u80fd\u4e0e\u73af\u4fdd;\u5bb6\u7528\u7535\u5668\u5219\u9700\u52a0\u5f3a\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u80fd\u6d4b\u8bd5\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u89e6\u7535\u3001\u706b\u707e\u7b49\u5b89\u5168\u9690\u60a3;\u7eba\u7ec7\u54c1\u53ca\u670d\u88c5\u5219\u9700\u8fdb\u884c\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\u68c0\u6d4b\uff0c\u4fdd\u969c\u7a7f\u7740\u8005\u7684\u76ae\u80a4\u5065\u5eb7;\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u53ca\u4e2a\u4eba\u62a4\u7406\u4ea7\u54c1\u5219\u9700\u660e\u786e\u6807\u6ce8\u6210\u5206\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u8fc7\u654f\u539f\u53ca\u6709\u5bb3\u6210\u5206\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6cd5\u89c4\u751f\u6548\u65f6\u95f4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>SOR\/2022-138\u6cd5\u89c4\u7684\u751f\u6548\u65f6\u95f4\u4e3a2023\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u76f8\u5173\u54c1\u7c7b\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u5546\u3001\u8fdb\u53e3\u5546\u53ca\u96f6\u552e\u5546\u9700\u5728\u6b64\u4e4b\u524d\u5b8c\u6210\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u8c03\u6574\u4e0e\u5408\u89c4\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u4ea7\u54c1\u80fd\u591f\u987a\u5229\u8fdb\u5165\u5e02\u573a\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5df2\u7ecf\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u4e5f\u9700\u5728\u89c4\u5b9a\u65f6\u95f4\u5185\u5b8c\u6210\u6574\u6539\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u5c06\u9762\u4e34\u4e0b\u67b6\u3001\u7f5a\u6b3e\u7b49\u5904\u7f5a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
